Opening December weekend is packed!

This year the month of December is starting out with HUGE events!

Friday Night @ 6pm on the 4th is the Ugly Sweater Christmas Show at the Upper Perk Community Life Center
Event details are on Facebook.  Cost is $5 at the door and the bands playing are all local favorites: Headlinging is Awaking Mercury with Heal the Night, Eunoia, and Founders.

Saturday Night the 5th you have two awesome music options:
Christmas in the Valley: Sixth Annual Christmas in the Valley Community Christmas Concert. Join local praise and worship teams, the Valley Chorale and special guest Mary Beth Clymer for an evening of Christmas music at Upper Perk High School auditorium. Doors open at 6pm and concert starts at 630pm. FREE admission, but canned food and cash donations accepted for the Open Link. Join us for this wonderful community event.

At the Upper Perk Community Life Center will be a dance party going on hosted by the Alternative Brew and United YAM.  Head over for this night of clean solid fun!  Doors open at 7pm and close at 1am. Great time for all! FREE admission!

Sunday the 6th is the Hometown Christmas Parade and Santa Land starting at 1pm!
Come out for the 15th year of fun for the whole family.  This is one of the only non-motorized parades in the country!  Animals and people walk Main Street and bring in the Christmas Holiday with Santa!  Fun events are listed on the 2015 Hometown Christmas Event Schedule (PDF)  Businesses and organizations get together at St Marks and the Community Center to create a festive and great event for your family!  Live nativity that you can pet, food, crafts, and vendors in the Community Center.
